ADULT KRAV MAGA

A self defense system based on the Israeli Military style of fighting. Training consists of repetitive fast, strong and skilled reactions to defeat violence against oneself or a loved one. The repetition of the moves ingrains it in muscle memory to make it second nature and avoid hesitation when it matters most. Gross motor skills work best when under stress, and the fast paced nature of the class is a great core, cardio and strength workout for all ages.

BOXING FITNESS

Boxing is a fun workout for all ages. Parents and kids alike are welcomed to participate in this fast paced, cardio and core workout. This boxing fitness is a no-hard contact workout. Learn real techniques from our boxing instructor to avoid hits while exercising your entire body.

TACTICAL GUN CLASS

Ever thought having a gun would make you feel safer? Possibly. You can put a lot of holes in the bullseye on a piece of paper at the range, but the paper never shoots back or threatens your family… Learn tactical techniques that law enforcement uses to clear your home in the middle of the night while keeping your family out of the line of fire. Movement, breaking tunnel vision, tactical and stress reloads, clearing malfunctions, negotiating vertical and horizontal obstacles, cover/concealment, weapon retention, legalities of use of force, and much, much more!

FITNESS

If you are not into self defense, you can still participate in our fitness programs that include Krav Fit, Kettlebells and Boxing Fitness. This is a lower priced program but still gives you access to 5 classes per week.

PRIVATE CLASS

If you would like a one-on-one with an instructor, we have several options. Some of it is just fitness with a personal trainer. It can also be sparring, ground survival, weapons defenses, home invasions, awareness exercises, and much more. Price varies depending on length of time, and we always have discounts when a second or third person joins. Another option is to gather a bunch of your friends and have your own private seminar of 1, 2 or 4 hours.

You can start the Krav Maga, fitness, or boxing classes at any time. For the Krav Maga classes you need to schedule an introductory class the first time, at least 6 hours in advance if it will be on the same day. Please check the schedule to see the available intro classes.

You must pay for your intro class when you schedule it. If you sign up the first day we will waive this intro fee by discounting it from the sign up fee. The sign up fee will include the equipment you will need for the first 3 to 6 months of classes.

Please observe the following etiquette rules to keep the place friendly and family oriented:

No baseball caps inside training rooms.
Only T-shirts for the Krav Maga Classes. For fitness and boxing tank tops are ok, but not low cut.
Wear deodorant before every class.
If sweating profusely, please keep a towel handy to dry off often.
No shorty shorts. If you must wear them, please wear compression shorts underneath.
No baggy shorts. If you must wear them, please wear compression shorts underneath.
No leggings. (They are see through!) Yoga pants are okay.
If wearing shoes, they must be specialized shoes for training. Do not wear the shoes you wore on the street. We have Clorox wipes for your shoes the FIRST day you come in.
If training barefoot, please keep toenails clean and short.
Keep hair tied back and away from face.
No jewelry.
Please do not enter mats until previous class has been dismissed and bowed out.

We offer a 9-month commitment to our students to take advantage of a lower rate in their tuition. Please feel free to talk to Celia about a hardship that may keep you from continuing, but please respect your contract. If you are unsure about committing to this lifestyle, try out our month-to-month option, which can always be turned into a commitment for a lower price in the future.
