  • Responsibilities

    • Formulate a comprehensive strategy to expand and strengthen the company's partner channel network.
    • Identify potential partner segments, assess market opportunities, and define strategic objectives for channel development.
    • Develop a structured classification system to categorise clients within the company's partner network based on revenue potential, industry vertical, and partnership type.
    • Tailor partner engagement strategies and support initiatives according to the specific needs and characteristics of each client segment.
    • Establish standardised processes and procedures for partner acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing support.
    • Implement controls and performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of partner acquisition and support initiatives.
    • Conduct negotiations with potential and existing partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements and partnerships.
    • Collaborate closely with legal and business development teams to finalise partnership agreements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Actively seek out and attract new partners through targeted outreach efforts and relationship-building activities.
    • Foster strong relationships with existing partners, serving as a primary point of contact and providing ongoing support and assistance.
    • Develop and implement strategies for selling financial products through online channels, targeting various partner groups such as webmasters, online services, agency groups, private sales agents, bloggers, and marketers.
    • Optimize online sales processes and platforms to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation.
    • Identify and explore opportunities to expand customer acquisition channels, both online and offline, through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
    • Develop and execute plans to leverage partner networks for customer acquisition, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing and advertising campaigns targeting partner channels and end customers.
    • Define campaign objectives, messaging, and creative assets, and oversee campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Partnership Manager or similar role in the financial services industry.
    • Strong network of contacts within the industry and demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand and analyze complex financial products and market conditions.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
    • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
